Bromley Garden
Completed in Spring 2021, the brief for this garden was to create some privacy and interest at the side of an end of terrace smart townhouse. Furthermore to create a planting scheme for the front garden, and advise on the addition of some planters.

The area to the side of the property provided access, but there was an open view from the front gate exposing the rear garden. It is also used as a storage area for bikes, a BBQ and bins which needed to be hidden.

Bespoke planters with trellis were commissioned to create a staggered screen allowing access, but obstructing the view from the front gate. The area is still used for storage, but this is now hidden from the garden. Star jasmine was used to give year round evergreen cover on the trellises, with the added bonus of pretty white scented flowers in summer.
A smart bin store was commissioned, and additional planters added to create more planting areas and a focal point.

The front garden was planted with two specimen Acers to add height, and bring colour and interest through the seasons. A combination of shrubs, perennials and grasses ensure that there is a variety of texture and movement, and a balance of cover that is sustained through winter.
